Language of Our Ancestors

Language of our Ancestors is a 9 month youth led language revitalization project geared toward providing foundational knowledge in Cree and Ojibway languages.

Growth and development

The project provides participants with 9 months of in-and-outside classroom instruction, creative assignments to encourage real world use and at home family participation, with a final year end cultural immersion language camp to utilize language skills.

All classes are FREE!! Interested participants are encouraged to Drop-In. No registration is required.
